Jacqueline L. Barlow

Executive Secretary

Jacqueline L. Barlow was born in Silver Spring, MD to Deacon Jack T. Barlow, Sr., and the late Sister Linda A. Barlow. She is the oldest of four children and the aunt to her nephew, Zacari Hawkins and Railyn Little.


She graduated from Coppin State University in Baltimore, MD on May 9, 2009, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Psychology and a minor in Dance. She has recently ended her career as a Flight Attendant for a regional airline and is currently enjoying her days at home with family and exploring other career options.


Jacqueline is a member of Bethel Way of the Cross Church in Huntingtown, MD, where her pastor is the 2nd Vice Presiding Bishop Darnell Easton. She is a very active church member; currently she is the assistant choir director of the Sanctuary Choir as well as the Youth for Christ choir. She is also a member of the Praise Team at her local church. Additionally, Jacqueline serves as one of the choreographers for Bethel’s Liturgical Dance Ministry “Anointed for This”. She is the choir director for the Mid-Atlantic Diocese. And on the national level she serves as assistant choir director for the International Youth for Christ choir and is one of the members for the IYFC Praise Team.


Jacqueline was appointed to the office of Executive Secretary in September of 2018. And in 2019, she ran for that same office and was uncontested, making her the winner during that year’s election. Today, she continues to hold that same office and is thoroughly enjoying serving her young people in whatever capacity they need.
