Missionary Lincia Cannady serves as Third Vice President of the International Youth For Christ. She is a member of Rock Stone Way of the Cross Church in the Gulf Coast Diocese under the leadership of Bishop Eric L. Cannady.

Lincia has been involved with IYFC for many years, beginning as a Junior Youth President from ages 6 to 12. She later served on the Intermediate Committee, assisting Intermediate officers for four years, and has also served and participated with the Youth Choir. Locally, she has served as Youth for Christ President at Rock Stone for approximately seven years. Her ministry involvement also includes Youth and Virtual Discipleship Bible Study, Music & Arts, media ministry, drama and productions, liturgical worship, and missionary work.

Lincia holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Kennesaw State University and a Master of Science in Cyberpsychology from Norfolk State University. She is a certified Suicide Prevention Coach, a commissioned Georgia Notary Public, and works in leadership and creative development with Creator’s Touch Kingdom Enterprises, LLC.

Lincia is passionate about helping young people develop a genuine love for Christ, discover their gifts, and find their place in ministry. As Third Vice President, she especially desires to strengthen involvement among Junior Youth and create opportunities for young people to serve through music, altar work, nursing, ushering, and other areas of ministry. She wants every young person to know that they are needed, their gifts matter, and there is a place for them in the Kingdom.

Family-oriented and a team player, Lincia enjoys singing, traveling, music, creating content, planning events, laughing, and bringing new ideas to life. One of the scriptures she strives to live by is Proverbs 3:5–6.
