President
Chair of the IYFC Executive Board

Serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Chairs the IYFC Executive Board

Serves as the organization's visionary and general overseer

Acts as spokesperson and advocate for the IYFC

Represents the IYFC to the leadership of the Way of the Cross Church of Christ, International

Oversees appointed staff

Serves as an ex officio member of all committees
First Vice President
Oversees the following areas and age group:

Fundraising and finance

Publicity (flyers, website, social media, and related channels)

Programming: confirming program participants and coordinating logistics such as hotel, transportation, honorariums, and pictures or profiles

Youth Showcase (Representation Service)

Adjutants and assistants for guest speakers and program participants
-
Young Adults ministry (out of high school, ages 18 to 30)
Second Vice President
Oversees the following areas and age group:

Scholarships

Recreation and fellowship

Registration

Guest Services (hospitality)

Intermediate Youth ministry (middle school and high school)
Third Vice President
Oversees the following areas and age group:

Music (choir, praise team, musicians, directors, and related roles)

Sound

Ushers

Nurses
-
Altar workers

Junior Youth ministry (preschool and elementary school)
Executive Secretary
Oversees the secretary team (recording, corresponding, and others)

Records the minutes of executive board and general body meetings

Manages communication and correspondence (mail, email, text, social media, and website)

Oversees youth competitions and contests, including trophy orders

Produces the newsletter
Treasurer
Leads the finance team

Records deposits and handles banking

Manages the bank account and electronic giving platforms

Makes disbursements and reimbursements

Prepares the budget

Must be bonded or “backed”

Oversees the security team
