Sister Jacqueline Hairston serves as Executive Secretary of the International Youth For Christ and is currently in her ninth year in this role. She is a member of Shiloh Way of the Cross Church under the leadership of Apostle Earley Dillard. Prior to becoming Executive Secretary, Jacqueline served for many years as Young Adult Secretary and has also served as an Assistant Choir Director.

Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Dance. She has worked as a flight attendant for nine years, beginning her career with Trans States Airlines in 2015 before joining Southwest Airlines in 2022.

Jacqueline has a heart for having real, down-to-earth conversations with young people that help and not harm. She wants to be someone they can look up to, count on, and know will advocate for them, but most importantly, someone they can consider a friend. Her desire is to see young people saved and living their best lives for Jesus Christ.

Outside of ministry and work, Jacqueline loves traveling, spending time with family, going on dates with her husband, reading, technology, movies, trying new restaurants, and getting a good nap whenever she can. She has even challenged herself to read 76 books this year. Her favorite scripture is II Corinthians 5:17.
